If the Brewers clinch today would Mike Rivera be allowed to catch tomorrow?

I'm leaning towards no Edited September 27, 2008 by support

Man, I sure would hope so but apparently Jason Kendall is a very hard man to say no to. Must have had great luck with the ladies back in the day!

It would probably be Salome http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

IF we clinch today, which in my mind depends on if the Mets play or not, this is the lineup I would like to see tomorrow.

C-Salome

1B-Rivera(assuming Russel can't play the field)

2B-Weeks

SS-Escobar

3B-Lamb

LF-Dillion

CF-Gwynn

RF-Nelson

From the stress levels I've felt being at the last few games, I'm sure it would be a huge relief for the starters to have 1 day to all sit around and relax.

I'm on board with Blanco fan. If the regulars really want to play they can pinch hit as i wouldn't have anyone likely to be on the post season roster throwing tomorrow. First though we have to get through tonight.

Totally agree with Blancofan too. Give them a break if it happens, they deserve it

I think Rivera has clearly shown he can't handle the pressure of major like hitting like Kendall. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

I want to see Gamel if he is healthy
