who had the best off-season

[piccione88]

With the year just about over, we have had a whole year to see how the moves that were made this last off-season have turned out so far. I am wondering who you think had the best off-season, was it the A's,maybe the rays, or another team? Also who had the worst off-season?

Worst is easily Seattle. Traded a bunch of their prospects for 100 losses.

On the flip side, I'll say the best went to the Orioles. I know they were terrible this year but they finally started to rebuild and got some really nice prospects/players from Seattle and Houston.
