The Brewers cannot let the Central get away from them. The bleeding needs to stop right now. How can an entire pitching staff look so good and then collectively look so bad? One #1 and four #4/5's won't cut it anymore. Make a trade and get someone who can pitch, Melvin!

PS - I refuse to believe the consistent horrible performance on national tv is merely a coincidence. They don't just lose, they embarrass themselves.

I know this is just one game but maybe this will result in less calling for Rivera to play more. I'd take Kendalls lack of a bat but solid defense over this performance.

Is it unfair to say that this team stinks right now?

The fact that an error is charged to Braun on that throw is certainly a piece of evidence for anyone to use in the case against statistical studies of a sport.

Lou Brown: All right people, we got 10 minutes 'till game time, let's all gather 'round. I'm not much for giving inspirational addresses, but I'd just like to point out that every newspaper in the country has picked us to finish last. The local press seems to think that we'd save everyone the time and trouble if we just went out and shot ourselves.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

I'm sure glad I gave this game another inning before deciding to go watch Major League.

At first I was afraid of Pavano coming out of the game. Then they said Greg Aquino was warming up. Kind of excited for that as well.

I agree Gallardo is a stuf #1 but no one else is even close to a #2 or maybe even a #3 on this team right now. If Lee or Bedard becomes available I think they have to get one of them.

I love Mat Gamel, but I think he needs to go back down to Nashville after this road trip to get more seasoning. Striking out A LOT. He needs to play everyday, and the way McGehee is hitting he can play 3B everyday.

Can you imagine how good this team could be if they had two starters they could count on every time out? The bullpen and offense will be fine the rest of the way, they just cannot continue to have four out of five questions marks as the season goes on. Adding a Bedard or Lee will win this team a weakening Central.

I don't remember Trevor blowing a save. Wasn't his one run that he gave up in a tie game?

Just looked at his stats and he is 15 for 15. How is the world wide leader so consistantly wrong?
