I was at that game in Fenway where Caldwell gave up 4 in an inning. It had a happy ending.

if i remember the Brewers and the Red Sox had some wild games back in the late 70's and early 80's and I remember when they beat Boston 18-0 in 1990 i belive.

Just got caught up on dvr. I agree with whoever said they were hoping Bush would give up some more homeruns.

 

Also, Weeks has to lead the league in 3 pitch strikeouts. I'll never understand why that guy swings and misses so much.

I loved "the cobra" as a kid. Next year is his final year of eligibility for the HOF. Would be nice to see him get in.

Wish I could find somewhere Coffey's stats since he came off the DL. The guy hasn't found the strike zone nearly as well since getting hurt, and he's been mostly terrible. Bases loaded 2B to the pitcher, then walks the bases full again?

 

Generally speaking, Arizona stinks much worse than the Brewers, and the Brewers have been on a decent little roll again. So Arizona comes in and wins 2 close ones right away, then stuffs one in the Brewers' faces? Nice inspiration from the manager!

 

I was SO tempted to drive the 350 miles to see at least one of these games w/ the discounted tix after the last homestand. So far I'm SO thankful I didn't.
