umpire when braun was the talking bat boy?

it was right after ryan braun was drafted or signed. ryan braun was in milwaukee and was the bat boy in a night game.

 

he and carlos lee were exchanging playful words and the home plate umpire didn't like that at all . . . bat boys are supposed to be seen, not heard.

 

i only ask because i'd love to know when braun encounters this umpire again and if any verbal exchanges occur between the two of them.

Oh I totally remember reading that article when it happend. That was funny, how many #1 draft picks were ever bat boys. Probably one, Ryan Braun.

After looking through the box scores, it does not appear that Darling has umpired in any of the Brewers' games since Braun was called up.
