I have no idea why Truth got into the main event. The man is 39 years old and doesn't have much talent. I saw him botch at least 2 moves last night against Cena. The only reason he's still around is because all the kids love to sing along to his stupid intro song/rap.

I think R-Truth got added to this match so he could feud with Cena for a month or two after this PPV. I got a feeling he's gonna turn on Cena at one point either in the next few weeks or at the PPV. R-Truth is garbage and I throw up everytime he comes to the ring. If this turns out to be some kind of push, it should of been used on either Morrison or Bryan if your looking to push a face.

I still think the only reason he's in the match is so The Miz can pin him, and not Cena. It was likely supposed to be Morrison, until he got heat with Vince for giving Trish the cold shoulder at Mania, and for being a grade-a tool.

It'd be nice to see Edge stick around in a non-wrestling role to see Christian beat Del Rio for the title or something. That would be a pretty cool moment, I think.

 

On an unrelated note, I've been enjoying the "new" Tough Enough so far. Pretty entertaining for a reality series, especially when Austin gets worked up.

Oh yeah, Tough Enough has been great. I like it better than the original. Stone Cold is great as the host. DeMott is still insane too, which helps. I would also love to see Christian win the title at Extreme Rules with Edge there to congratulate him. That would be a nice way for Edge to bid farewell.

Tough Enough is awesome this time around. I like they are only going with one winner this time around and they have people on the show with wrestling experience so they aren't terrible. I am pulling for either Andy or Luke to win this thing, Andy would be my first pick to win. He has the size and a good look about him.

I'm not going to watch Tough Enough as much now that Matt Cross has been eliminated. I thought he was going to at least make it to the finals. His lack of assertiveness cost him.

i agree tough enough has been awesome. Stone cold has made the show much more entertaining than The Ultimate Fighter. NXT was horrible.

The Ultimate Fighter has sucked for years. I'm an MMA fanatic - like I watch every single show I can from everywhere - but I can't watch that garbage anymore. All it does is put below average fighters in the UFC and keep far better/more proven guys out. For instance, a guy like Alex Caceres - he got absolutely tooled on by Mackens Semerzier, and guess what? He gets another fight in the UFC because he's "Bruce Leeroy". Never mind that lightweight is one of (if not the) deepest divisions in the sport and that there are tons of solid 155'ers all over the world that are far more deserving of that roster spot and pay day.

yeah bruce leeroy is awful and haven't been many fighters in the last few years to actually have some success in the UFC.

I'm watching No Way Out 2009 on the Classics website... who is this Kozlov guy? He's awful.

Haha, Koslov. That was his one big push. Now he's just a jobber who tags with Santino Marella.

Yeah, he was in the title match that started the show and I was thinking "how in the hell did this guy get into this match?".

He was one of Vince's classic, "well, he's big, so I'm gonna push him to the moon," cases. It worked out with Batista, and some other guys. Koslov is an example of a failure, and Ezekiel Jackson is a current failure. Mason Ryan is also being groomed for the Batista role.

Kozlov at least has a "legitimate" fighting background. He was an MMA fighter and I think was a member of the Russian marines or something like that. That last part may have even been storylne too though, I can't remember. He at least isn't just some bodybuilder that Vince gave a contract to. His stuff with Santino right now is pretty good.

Yeah, that's true, but his in-ring work has never impressed me. Right now, he's written out of storylines after The Corre attacked him before Mania.
