I bought one on eBay a year or so ago from someone who was selling many of them, so I got mine for $10 or so. But I haven't seen many for sale since then. Supply and demand.

When I was looking around for the Jenkins one I always saw it on ebay for about $25. I ended up getting it for around $15-20, but that was during the winter so it may have gone up.
