What's the record for most grand slams given up in a game? If we're going to be bad, let's be record breaking bad.

3 by the Yankees in 2011 for a single team.

On two other occasions teams combined for 3.

Quick... Last time the Brewers gave up 2 GSs in a game? Last time they gave up 3?

1st and 3rd, no one out. Wow.

Jason Rogers needs to play 1B. He can swing the bat. Trade Lind too.

"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Didn't they give up two to Willingham in 2010?

Wheh! That was close. If we had hit a ball out of the infield, we may have been able to crawl back into the game.

There is TOO MUCH PRESSURE on the guys to put them through a close game or even a winning game. It is very good we always can stay behind at least four runs. That way there is no expectations on anyone.

Let me predict we give up two or three more runs, THEN we can score two or three. But NEVER NEVER get close or in the lead. We dont want to put undue pressure on our players. It is very important they pick up their millions, but not have undue trauma to take into their post baseball lives.

It was 2009. Current Reds 3rd base coach Jim Riggleman was the Nats manager in the game. First one allowed by Jeff Poopon

Jason Marquis has 8K on us through 5 innings. Just shutter the doors on Miller Park and make them play in the mini field outside. Sure am glad I didn't spend a bunch of money in March on Twins/Brewers tickets, because I have absolutely zero desire to see them play. Maybe i'll just buy tickets cheap and show up in Twins attire instead, at least THAT dumpsterfire is showing some life.

Rogers has always been a first baseman. Lord knows why our management continue to put players in any old position. It must be frustrating for a decent player to be put in a position of FAILURE. I would love to a see Roger/Clark platoon at first (after we trade Lind). But that would confuse RR and Doug. Playing first basemen at first base. What a novel idea!

MLBTV is choppy as heck on my computer, and im not even mad about it. Even if we "turn it around" we are losing a ton of ground in the division that will likely be hard to overcome.

...I am sorry but we don't even have a chance to be .500 anymore.
