Uhen extended his current scoreless streak to 12-2/3 innings with his performance on Thursday night. He struck out four and pitched around four hits, two hit batsmen, and three walks over six innings to put himself in line for his second win of the season.

 

Nice way to end on a high note. Now if he can stay healthy in carry it over into next season....

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."
