Holy cow, how many early picks do the Giants have?

On ESPN's telecast of the Mets/Giants, they said the Giants have 3 first rounders and 3 sandwich picks. Geez! Talk about stocking your farm system with talent.

I'd rather have that than the whopping one pick the Brewers have in the top 100 picks.

The Nationals apparently have 5 picks in the first 71 selections (including #6). That could go a long way toward stocking their system.

Lets see how well Sabean does with those picks. The Giants have never been big fans of the draft as they usually give their picks away to sign washed up free agents.
