RIP David Bowie

I know that he recently released a new album and the critics loved it. However, I had no idea he had cancer. Was this common knowledge? I was always a fan of his music.

His new album is incredible and very, very dark. He clearly meant this as his farewell. RIP.

I really gained a lot of appreciation for his music over the last 3 or 4 years. I will have to check out the new album. Was sad to hear the news.
