Nelson is such a dud. Every time I start to actually believe in him again he digs deep and manages to put together another albatross of a start where he either can't throw a strike or leaves everything right over the middle.

I think Santana lost that one. Nelson is just bad today so far. Gonna need the Brewers offense to put up 10 or so.
"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Got a chance for a rally this inning . If the 9 spot comes up with 2 or more on, absolutely no reason to leave Jimmy in.

that was basically an IBB after the steal. Now its time for Braun's first hit since his DL stint

Who'd have thought teams would be pitching around Thames to get to Braun this year.

That is not the norm. I always felt like when he missed time he came back hot for the first few games back.

Well, 3 run inning puts us right back in it, but with runners on 2nd and 3rd and 1 out with Braun and Shaw coming up, sure would have been nice to come out of that tied.
