I love Smoltz talking about this lineup’s strikeout numbers from three years ago, as if this lineup is anywhere close to the same now as it was then. Man, these people are clueless.

Like how he mentioned Hill has a nice curve like Sandy Koufax as if the Dodgers specifically try to acquire these types of pitchers

Or, you can't shift in the playoffs because someone will get a big hit by beating the shift. Just shut up. You're an idiot.

Freddy Peralta of the @Brewers is the second pitcher in history to throw 3.0+ hitless innings of relief with 6+ strikeouts in a postseason game. The other was Pedro Martinez, who closed out the 1999 ALDS by throwing 6.0 hitless innings with 8 Ks at Cleveland.

Good company

Schoop shouldn't get another start this postseason, he is just awful.

Barring some sort of miraculous contributions the rest of this series, he isn't sniffing the playoff roster. No way.

Well, at least this will be Schoop's last start of the playoffs. Man, you can't ask for better pitches to hit than those first two he swung right through. Edited by buckybrewer232

Now that was a horrendous at bat. Wow

Really haven't had a good at bat since the Santana hit. 3 strike outs. 2 weak outs. 1 broken bat hit. That was the best

Schoop is a guy who needs to play everyday to get in a groove. Lots of guys like that.

I'm not writing him off for 2019, but I don't think he helps us much this postseason. Bring back Keon.

Ugh Schoop ... just ugh.

I've been one of his biggest supporters. But man ... so so bad. How in the world did this guy put up the year he did last year. Do AL East pitchers just throw 89 mph meatballs?

I've got to think he just can't handle high pressure environments. I don't know.

Did Jesus and Moose look any better vs a really good P? Basically everyone has looked bad on offense tonight, maybe besides Braun and Santana. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure this was his last start of the post season. Just saying everyone has been garbage tonight vs some good P, can't expect him to go 2/3 when no one else is either. He at least hit a bullet one of three times, more than several others can say
