"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

Adams and Clark are both out. Eek.

This feels like a loss, been hearing a lot of hype about how good the Packers are and how crappy Brees is this week so thinking they fall on their faces tonight.

That’s pretty much where I’m at. The Packers haven’t won at New Orleans since 1995. Even with Adams and Clark, I wouldn’t bet against Drew Brees at home. Now, I’m afraid it won’t even be close. And if Taysom Hill and Jared Cook score, I’m just going to stay off the internet for a week.

But hey, they might surprise us. Enjoy the game. Go Pack!

I was at one of those losses in NO since 1995. Road tripped with some friends and after 2 days of decadence in the french quarter had to listen to those stupid WhoDat? chants as we walked out in shame and had a hungover drive all the way back to Minneapolis right after the game. Man that sucked....

A vintage Brees performance would not surprise me.

It'll be a really good test for this offense. I'd think the Saints would be able to put up ~28...so we'll see how legit the first two weeks are.

Kinda glad they're being cautious with Clark and Adams. Can't afford to be without either for several weeks if they re-injure their respective injuries.

Darrius Shepherd will be wearing #82 tonight. Welcome back.

I'm excited about him. He got like 2 chances last year and on one of them he got wide open with a great double move and they overthrew him. The other he lost his footing and that tipped ball.

There was nothing unabated about that off sides. Just ridiculous.

They had to have thought one of our guys flinched after the jump. But I didn't see anything.
