Carlos Rodon

Seeing as the White Sox non-tendered Rodon, I would like to take a flier on him....

Woodruff

Burnes

Rodon

Houser or Lauer (Or use Houser as a weapon out of the pen)

Lindblom or Lauer

That could be a really nice rotation.

I believe we drafted Rodon out of high school?

I think its a stretch to say thats a nice rotation. you got 2 good guys on the top end and questions marks everywhere else.

That being said, if they brought him in, I wouldn't be upset.

I'd be very happy if they brought Rodon in, as long as he were paired with someone like Anderson.

There is nothing enticing about Carlos Rodon. His closest thing to a full season was 165 innings a half decade ago. Lately his has been terrible or hurt.

We can do better even on our budget.

Which Anderson?

Brett. I want nothing to do with Chase.

True. Tyler wasn't bad last season, though (The one thing this free agent class isn't lacking is starting pitchers named Anderson).

Stay away from Rodon. Please. He pitched once against the Brewers in 2020. While the line wasn't all that bad, he looked more hittable than any guy the Brewers faced in all 60 games to the untrained eye. My Sox fan brother is doing handstands that he's gone.
