Osbriel Mogollon is hitting his first 'slump' of his summer (5.03 ERA over 19 2/3 IP and 4 GS). It will be interesting to see how he responds his next time on the mound - the 5 BB today certainly seem like an anomaly more than a trend. When Yeison Perez is in the line-up batting clean up, the Brewers Dos are certainly a different team. I'm sure they're all happy he's back to playing every day after an unknown injury.

In 74 2021 games with Biloxi, 2016 31st round OF/1B Ryan Aguilar was abysmal, .146/.286/.249, leading to his mid-August release.

Picked up in December by the Angels, the soon-to-be 28-year-old, playing in the same league, is at .277/.423/.506 over 87 games, and was just named the Southern League Player of the Week.

Not that he's pushing Mike Trout aside, and there's the whole age thing, but happy for Ryan, to be sure.
