Do you think the Brewers are working on a longer term deal with Corbin Burnes

With (likely) only two years left of Woodruff/Burnes tandem, I would like to see the Brewers make some big moves to try and capitalize on having an elite top of the rotation.

Yes this is the time to go all in

I believe the focus should be play out your year this season. Go in to next season and make your big moves at the 24 deadline. Use the knowledge which OF prospects you're planning to battle with in the playoffs and trade the prospects or last year players who you don't want to go battle with in the playoffs.  That offseason you're giving QOs to Burnes, Woodruff, and Adames. Hopefully you won a World Series.

If you're giving those 3 QOs, logically they wouldn't accept. They all do though, there are payroll implications to consider though trading works to address.

If Hader could be traded sitting in first place, Burnes can be traded at the deadline too. If the team is not doing well, or even .500…. he is gone mid season.
