So am I seeing this right - Cubs lose this - the best they can do is make Miami play Monday, and then they are tied with the Reds as well? So this nearly knocks them out?

Yup, cubs lose and they’re on life support.  I kind of almost want to see the marlins lose the next two and the cubs take the next two just to make Miami have to go back to New York on Monday and get that much more tired, but let’s be real—it’s too cute.  Let’s just flush these turds.
