Probably because he’s going to use Devin tomorrow one last time and doesn’t want to pitch him back to back.

Again, I’m almost certain that Devin is scheduled to pitch tomorrow and CC doesn’t want him pitching back to back before the playoffs. Sucks, but this is a spring training game for the Brewers.

He's hitting .189 over the last 15 games with zero power.

Great story but right now Donaldson's the better option.
