Spencer Horwirtz at 2b (or even 1b)

I see the jays as possibly a great trading partner.   They have a surplus on the IF and are looking for a lefty arm.  

Might we be able to trade something like Perkins and Koenig for Horowitz?  Can he play second ok or is he strictly a 1b?  I’d love to target the guy in a trade of some sort.
