Quintana placed on the 15 day IL

ESPN is reporting that Jose Quintana has been placed on the 15 day injured list due to a shoulder inpingement. In a corresponding move Tobias Myers has been recalled from Nashville. Another pitcher bites the dust. I haven’t seen any reports on how significant his injury is or how long he will be out. More information will be forthcoming.

Is there anything left for Misiorowski to accomplish in AAA?

7 IP, 1 ER, 5 K, 1 BB on 86 pitches today

1.46 ERA this year with 0.89 WHIP

Peralta, Henderson, Patrick, Myers, Misiorowski (Priester until someone gets healthy)

Woodruff return is delayed. Quintana injured. Civale 🤷‍♂️

Not sure if Hall or Ashby are long term starters.

I think there are a couple things keeping him down right now. While he's started to show more control lately it has been a recent thing. Lets see if he can continue to do so. He's also not on the 40 man roster and there are other legitimate options who are.

It took a while for Gasser to get he call even though he was more than ready when the time came so this isn't unprecedented.
