Sugano is going to be an interesting matchup, he doesn't walk many and has a high chase rate. Hopefully we can be aggressive on strikes early in the count. This feels like the kind of guy that could be perfect to get Yeli going, here's to hoping.

Tomoyuki Sugano is no spring chicken being 35 and starting his Japan pro career in 2013.  Surprisingly he usually makes it into the 5th inning before getting pulled.

Forgot we acquired Chad Patrick from Oakland in exchange for Abraham Toro. 

Toro is -0.4 WAR for Boston this year.

Patrick is 0.7 WAR for Milwaukee.

If nothing else, great job from Haase and Bauers battling back from 0-2 counts to make Sugano throw a bunch of pitches in the inning.
