WTMJ's "Brewers Weekly" with Dom Cotroneo "After a series win over the Diamondbacks on Thursday, Dom breaks down the latest on Brandon Woodruff's injury and what it means for the rotation. Plus, we hear from Shane Drohan, Sal Frelick, and William Contreras after the victory. The second half of the episode features an interview with first baseman Blake Burke (22:45 minute mark) - Brewers #17 prospect by MLB.com - off to a white-hot start in AA Biloxi."

*Seems like an editing issue, the audio repeats itself within a portion of the chat, but all worthwhile.

Biloxi Press Release:

DAMON KEITH NAMED SOUTHERN LEAGUE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Keith earns first weekly award since 2022 after dominant week at Pensacola

BILOXI, MS – Minor League Baseball announced today that Biloxi Shuckers outfielder Damon Keith has been named the Southern League Player of the Week. For Keith, the weekly award is his first since he was named the Midwest League Player of the Week on August 21, 2022, as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers organization.

The award marks the first weekly honor for a Shucker this season and the first since Luis Lara was named the Southern League Player of the Week on September 15, 2025. Keith was acquired by trade on March 27, 2026, from the Dodgers.

During the Shuckers six-game series at Pensacola, Keith was 8-for-20 (.400) with 2 doubles, 3 home runs, 3 walks and 9 RBI. Keith enters today among the Southern League leaders (min. 70 PA) in wRC+ (1st, 200), OPS (1st, 1.200), slugging percentage (1st, .742), average (1st, .371), on-base percentage (2nd, .458) and extra-base hits (3rd, 13). Keith also enters today with a career-best 11-game hit streak. During the streak, Keith is 15-for-40 (.375) with 5 doubles, 4 home runs and 12 RBI.

Pregame Audio Sunday 5/3 RHP Cameron Wagoner

***

Cameron fills us in --

From Saturday morning's Link Report:

"Game Two was rather non-descript outside of an exciting return to action for 24-year-old (25 in June) RHP Cameron Wagoner, the 2022 11th round pick out of Eastern Michigan who made 24 appearances for the Timber Rattlers (22 starts) in 2023 but had been sidelined since. No formal injury had been noted in the two years since outside of elbow issues, so make your own conclusions there. Perhaps an upcoming pre-game interview will help shed light. Welcome back and with flair, Cameron! Rare does twelve pitches make for such attention."
