Yeah, it would appear so. I think this likely has to do with uncertainty around a Lockout. I don't have access to Romero's stuff either but he is definitely one of the most tapped in individuals in the International FA Markets.

Just a guess - but postering with the lockout and the clamor for an international draft - “canceling “ the IFA signing period may make it seem like their are planning to go ahead with some of these changes.  Again purely my speculation.  Either way this stinks.  Wonder what happens to those “officially never happened because we play by the rules” ‘agreements’ for the 2027+ classes??
