The AAA Sounds shoot for a series-clinching 4th straight home win over Louisville behind RHP Tyson Hardin (8 IP, 2 R, 12 Ks over last 2 outings). 3B Ethan Murray has a 17-game on-base streak.

1B Andrew Fischer remains the big story for AA Biloxi, as he’s 10-for-26 with 6 homers over his last 8 games. They lead Birmingham 2 games to 1 in their home series and send RHP Jaron DeBerry (15.2 IP, 7 R (2 ER), 22 Ks over last 3 starts) out to start tonight.

19-year old RHP Dariel Jaquez (9.00 ERA, 2.50 WHIP, 8.4 K/9 in 28 ACL IP) makes his Low-A debut as Wilson search for a win at Fredericksburg to snap that 9-game losing streak. DH/C Rylan Mills has 5 homers and 9 RBIs over his last 7 games.

SS Brady Ebel (last played on August 25) returns after a recent concussion, as Wisconsin aim to take a 3-1 series lead at Beloit. LHP Andrew Healy (5.71 ERA with 15 Ks in 17.1 High-A IP) gets the start.

Wilson conceded 8 runs in the first inning, in a frame that included 4 hits, 3 walks, 4 errors, 2 wild pitches and a passed ball.

Dariel Jaquez faced just 6 batters (throwing 36 pitches) before exiting with the team down 3-0 with 2 outs, so Eric Prado finished the inning but required 7 batters to do so.

Wisconsin led 6-0, 7-1, 8-4 and 10-7, but Beloit ultimately took the lead in the bottom of the 7th.

That first inning included homers by Luis Castillo (20th) and Tayden Hall (13th).

Wisconsin used only Andrew Healy and High-A debutant Thomas Conrad to cover the first 8 innings, though they conceded 11 runs (10 earned).

Tied 11-11 going into the 9th, Michael Fowler retired the first 2 batters in the bottom of the frame before going single, WP, WP, BB, run-scoring WP to lose.

Tyson Hardin pitched a terrific game (7 IP, 1 R, 7 Ks), but exited trailing 1-0 after 7 innings as Nashville produced just 2 hits to that point.

A bases clearing triple allowed by Lyon Richardson in the 8th inning looked likely to doom Nashville as they trailed 4-0 at that point.

But the offense was just biding its time: 5 runs on 4 hits in the bottom of the 9th inning, the last 4 runs coming across with 2 outs (Ramón Rodriguez RBI single, Jeferson Quero RBI single, walk-off 2-run wild pitch):
