Highlights do not appear correct in Dark Mode

When I read the media archive thread while using dark mode, the highlighted sections require me to "select the text" with my mouse in order to see the text.  I was wondering if you could help me out (I don't want to go to light mode 😉)

This is a known problem that is annoyingly difficult to fix. We're rolling out a new redesign this winter, and I hope to address it at that point.

In the meantime, just @ me and I can fix any specific post.
