Taylor made double play and Weeks dropped the ball on the transfer from glove to hand. Sutton said Weeks has a bad tendancy to try and flip the ball from his glove to his throwing hand and that's why he dropped it.

I know this isn't a good time to post this, following a beautiful hit the other way by Billy, but is anyone else sick of hearing about Jenks trying to go the other way. Some players are pull hitters and some have the ability to go the other way with a lot of success. It seems to me that since Wynager has been preaching to go the other way with Jenkins he has....well sucked. How about going with the pitch as an approach at the plate. If the pitch is away, go away, if it is in pull it and hit it hard.

I almost threw my shoe at the TV when the umpire called that a strike. This was just after missing an obvious balk call too.

Shoes are fun to throw, as long as the throw is accurate and doesn't take out any valuables that may be near the TV.
