No, he doesn't. That was a tough play, and he certainly should have caught it, but he doesn't suck.

Can you believe this game so far? I wonder if Kinney will use a moving company or a U-Haul? Have any of you seen more pitches in the dirt than tonight? Grieve doesn't suck, but that play should have been made, IT HIT HIS GLOVE and not a glancing hit, a square in the middle hit. Wes Helms needs more batting practice, about 12 hours a day!

Why had Brady Clark replaced Ben Grieve in a game the Crew was trailing?

'Cause he's bad at defense. I gotta think that the move was a little premature tonight, 'cause Grieve is a lot better hitter and we need(ed) runs. If Grieve's defense is good enough for the first six innings, isn't it good enough for the seventh? It's one thing to swap him out when you've got a lead to protect, but when you're down by 4 (at the time) you've gotta stick with the better bat.
