My wife belongs to some survey site that gives $10 Amazon gift cards after so many surveys. I don't recall the site, but I know it was by invitation only.

I earned a 10$ amazon.com giftcard from quizpoints.com.

 

I also earned a 30$ check from inboxdollars.com.

 

Both of these took at least six months to complete.
