After pitching two season at Appalachian State (and going a combined 7-1 with 73 strikeouts in 79 2/3 innings), Hall transferred to South Carolina where he had an up and down season. Twice named co-conference pitcher of the week after having really good games (a two-hitter over eight innings against Kentucky and a three-hitter over seven innings against Alabama), Hall has a fastball in the mid-90s.
