Santana may well have pitched them into the playoffs in front of all their young starters. Then next June, they would have had two No. 1 picks for Minnesota's scouting department. The Twins make few mistakes, but one cannot help but look at what they got for Santana, ask why they never asked for Mike Pelfrey, Jon Niese or Daniel Murphy from the Mets, and ask whether the 2008 playoffs and two draft picks would have been better? Or wonder if they could have traded Santana in June to the Brewers for Matt LaPorta and Michael Brantley"

    Mike has some personal matters to take care of (not serious) and has been officially pulled out of the AFL. Nothing to do with the trade I promise, and yes I did infact ship his stuff to arizona so ill have fun getting it sent back.

    No, taylor green had a legitimate injury that ended his season. He was three homeruns short of the brevard record with a month to go. He was actually hurt, I was there.

    I dont even see how thats possible. Cle has nothing to do with the Brewers afl selections. Mikes going for the brewers and I have already shipped his equipment to AZ.

    No Im saying I know the afl list, not all the afl guys are my clients. The ptbnl may or may not be one of my guys, but just because I know or dont know, it isnt indicitive of anything.

    He looks amazing out there. I was there for both home runs this week, in addition to a couple of the best defensive plays Ive seen all year. If he can keep it together he can be special.

    Im almost there, I have three 40 man players (Pena, Javier Brito and Carlos Martinez) I'm doing pretty okay I think for a 26 year old agent. I had Adrian Nieto sign today which was awesome and all is going to plan aside from the two major leaguers I dont represent anymore. All part of the business I guess.

    I do not represent that player any longer and have not for some time. I wish Jimmy the best but have no clue on what his status is at this time.

    Random update I havent posted, been insanely busy lately with the draft deadline and all..... I am excited to let everyone know our agency has signed Omar Aguilar. Ive known Omar a long time, he lives with Patrick Ryan and Mike Brantley and I could not be happier to have him in the fold. So at least its another Brewer I can keep everyone up to date with. Thanks again to everyone who reads the blog. I am hoping for more fan interaction, so if anyone wants to post comments more frequently I will be available to answer just about everything that I am able to as time permits. Thanks again. J ps I should have a massive announcement on monday (though it isnt brewer related news.)

    Yes, its done, I cant comment on guys I dont represent but Brantley and Aguilar are going to the Arizona Fall League. I havent heard anything on Hawaii yet however.

    Dont worry about Luis, he's going to be fine, I promise, nothing is structurally wrong with him, he's just working through some minor issues through some bullpen sessions instead of pitching live. He is only going to miss two "live" appearances then back to the normal rotation for him.Rest easy. Hopefully the plan is still to get him to MIL by sept. Thanks for reading, and as a random aside, thanks to everyone keeping up with the blog, Ive gotten some good feedback and I really appreciate all the comments (I wish there was more fan interaction but what can you do?
