Cool. Looking forward to meeting a few new people. Let's get more folks out to this thing. Right now, it appears as if only 7 or so of us are going and one of them is me and one is my wife (and we are no fun, trust me) What do I have to do to get more people out to talk baseball? ? How can it possibly be that you are not jumping at the opportunity to come out, see some cool baseball stuff, talk baseball, -and- drink a beer or two?

I'm looking to see if there are any computer games you know of that are baseball based. I'm not looking for something like High Heat or anything like that, I don't want to actually pitch and hit. I'm looking for a strategy type game like the old Stat-O-Matic or something. I'd like to make managerial moves and the like. Any ideas?

I dunno who she is, but I pinned it for ya.

Being the total computer whiz that I am, I can tell you that I have a new lap top with IE something or other and have no problems. To fix your problem, I'd suggest turning yours off, swearing at it, threatening it, and trying to log on again. That should work.

My mom is puppy sitting for her brother's dog right now. "Sophie" just pinched a loaf on the carpet.

I just remembered the time when we were kids and my brother and I were wrestling in the living room. I scraped his face across the carpet and gave him a rug burn from his nose to his left cheek. I'm laughing right now.

Hockey. Basketball is tough, but you get more breaks than in hockey, plus hockey is all out, all the time.

I gave a double red cell donation around Christmas, so I can't go again until April. GO GIVE LIFE! GO GIVE BLOOD!! We have an immediate need for your help. Wednesday's storm, as well as severe cold and snow during the past few weeks, has resulted in a loss of nearly 1700 units of blood, which is almost three full days of collections. All donors are asked to immediately help replenish the local blood supply. We ask that you donate blood and help raise awareness by sharing this with friends and family. Althought donors find braving the weather a challenge, the need for blood is constant. Each day hundreds of patients in our local hospitals need blood for surgeries, cancer treatments and many other medical procedures. BloodCenter of Wisconsin needs to see over 800 donors each day in order to meet the needs of the hospitals we serve. Donor Centers have extended hours on Friday until 6:00pm, and Saturday until 3:00pm. Please call 1-877-BE-A-HERO or visit to schedule an appointment. GIVE BLOOD!!!!!

I went there the other night to scout the place out. They have one of Harvey Kuenn's old wooden legs hanging above the bar.

Some clever ideas so far. I like what I've seen.

I am working on some drink specials for us and although I don't have prices for food right now, we would probably be best served ordering what they called "Family Style". This method offers larger portions at less expensive rates.

I am not sure who the voters are. I'd like to think that Ben Oglivie should have gotten the votes, but he and Cooper are my favorite players, so I'm admittedly biased. I get these emails from the Brewers as part of my media privileges and for the most part, I just copy and paste them for the site. I, as speculated, never noticed the incorrect spelling of Burdette, or I'd have fixed it. Maybe I should pine to get a rep from this site to become a voter...
