  1. Unfortunately, Patrick will needot be removed from the lineup for the season as his work duties won't enable him to play in anymore games. Brewerfever should be removed from future lineups as well because this is his last game.
  2. Jamie's theory was to go singles - power - singles - power 'Twas never my idea. I want a nice mixture, not predictability. Why not keep the same lineup and just do the daisy thing? You always (if guys are there) bat behind the same guy that way. Perhaps just start Thursdays game at the #6 hitter and then go from there. This will start to equal out the AB's. This is IMHO the way to go and what I'd like to see happen.
  3. And in case PeavyFury and Jamie are wondering, Cappy has 8 K's and Robertson has 7. lol. Sweet. OK, I'm done posting to this puppy now.
  4. hawing quizzed: So, brewerjamie, is this like a quality start for Cappy? Pure Quality.
  5. I had to leave earlier, so I was unable to join the rest of the thread in bashing Chad. All that bashing Chad He got just one lousy hit Bad Chad's evil wins So five seven five Does not have enough power To help out Bad Chad? See Chad swing and miss Miss, Chad, Miss! You can not hit! Like Blanco with bat
  6. All that smak talk about Chad Moeller and he only comes away with one stinking hit? Apparently the power of his suckiness is much greater than I had thought. Next time he gets the go ahead, I'll have to break out the super power of reverse jinx. I may even need your help brewerfan-ers...
  7. Ok, so here's the situation- Chad Moeller is on first base, and Santa Claus is on second. The Easter Bunny is pinch hitting for the Tooth Fairy. T.F. lays down the bunt up the third base line. Santa and Chad take off for their bases, who reaches ahead of the other? Trick question. Chad Moeller would never have reached base.
  8. I can't admit -why- I'm ripping Moeller so much, but most of you should know, so don't gimmie any sarcastic replies like: Moeller hit for the cycle back in '47. Why are you teasing him so much? It's not "Bad Chad" it's Mr. single in the second inning. Don't tease Moeller so much, he does not deserve it, he's awesome!
  9. Here comes bad Chad and the 6-4-3. Please just K Bad Chad! Maybe you should bunt the runer over so the pitcher can drive Clark in?
  10. Poor Bad Chad. I just did an MLB home page search of Chad Moeller items for sale, and after typing in "Chad Moeller", all I got was Chad Hutchinson, Chad Cordero, and others named Chad. No Moeller though. I was looking for an action photo of Chad helping out the team. I was hoping for a picture of him getting in his car and leaving the ball park.
  11. Why Chad are you bad bad Chad, you are very bad bad bad bad bad bad
  12. Here Ya Go Bad Chad http://espn.go.com/i/mlb/profiles/players/65x90/6504.jpg Chad Moeller = pronounced MOE (as in Moe of stooge fame) LEER (as in can't hit) -Chad is hitting at an amazing .195 clip right now. - Hitless is just pounding the ball as seen with his .305 Slugging % - 1TO is reaching base .250 somehow - in 82 AB's Mr. Moeller has paced himself to get 23 RBI if he reaches 374 at bats. - In his last 8 AB, Moeller has done nothing beneficial at all. - Over his last ten starts, the Brewers have lost nine games, nine of which were in a row.
  13. With Cappy on the hill,I'm pretty sure we will avoid the sweep. At least untill the bullpen comes out, we have a fine chance.
  14. Welcome anyhow. Good to have you aboard.
  15. Laura~ Sorry I didn't make it to see ya, but I'm glad I didn't go sit through that mess.
  16. Let's do that daisy thing. Good idea.
  17. With rain and Thunderstorms in the forecast, who knows if this game will be played or not. Regardless of the weather, I am on the DL for this game. Due to an injury to my glove hand sustained in the last game, I won't be able to catch any hard hit balls or hit. My left index finger is swollen and bruised all around its base (my palm and the back hand) and still quite sore to the touch. Who knows, this may very well be what gets me outta my hitting whoas. Jimbo- Sorry to beat you to the punch, but I thought I'd let you know that there are at least 2 of us outta the game: Myself Colbyjack I'll be at the game and I'll keep score or basecoach, but I can't play. Even If I wanted to risk it, Brewermary says no way.
  18. I guess that game shows why the Brewers are not ready to make a serious run for the playoffs. Blowing a good game once in a great while happens to everyone. Unfortunately, the Brewers blow games with crap defense and than a garbage performance by the bullpen than most teams in the majors. Tough break Sharpie, tough break.
  19. Here's a question for ya. Davis has 9 K's. He's allowed 3 hits and no runs. He's dealing like a mad man. Bonderman has 12 K's and has allowed 3 hits and no runs untill just now. Was he dealing, or did the Brewer hitter just stink?
  20. Yeah, but for how long? What is the magic inning untill his arm explodes? I'll bank on #3. Let's hope he gets the loss. Let's hope the Astros lose too. edit: and the Reds and the Pirates and the Cards.
  21. Where on jsonline is the "on pace for" and "at this point last year" can I see that? I don't check that site often at all, but I've not seen that information. Thanks.
  22. Thanks for not getting me kicked out of your dream?
  23. On WSSP's post game show, Tim Allen said that this was win 8 in 12 games. It's odd you posted that comment Mr. Honks. I was thinking just after the 8 game losing skid that it they could win 9-15, that'd throw them back to .500ish ball. They are doing better than that with a shot at 11 of 15.
