  1. I don't know or remember Belle enough to accuse http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif Vlad Geurero is another one that wouldnt surprise me if they roided but hes just amazing by hitting those bouncers for home runs so i give him the benefit of the doubt http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  2. Where was Gallardo in these rankings? How about Hendrickson?http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
  3. Good Call, in a way I wish we scored 2 with Kapler, Dillion, and Counsell struggling just to prove Ned a point! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif Because now Ned is gonna think its a good idea to throw out the "B" team more.
  4. Who do some of our prospects compare to in the majors for their potential? Like how Prince is kinda like a better Mo Vaughn in his prime Ryan Braun kinda like a Vlad Guerrero http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif TGJ kinda like a Juan Pierre Rickie Weeks-Brandon Phillipish My comparisons arent that great I know, Im just looking to set an examples How would some of our top prospects compare to some major leaguers? Escobar? Gamel? LaPorta?
  5. Yes 2nd me on the Braun, Hart, LaPorta Outfield But I REALLY REALLY like the TGJ in CF then he could leadoff and finally put Weeks where he belongs in the lineup, and we wouldnt be losing to much fielding wise on the transition from Cameron But I also have a feeling LaPorta will be playing 1B after 2009 when Prince leaves
  6. I dont want to start this into a big steroid witch hunt but the way steroids influenced the game is shown pretty well I think by these stats. I put an asterisk to people i believe used steroids. *? for Pujols I kinda believe he used him, but I dont tihink he does anymore and he is still great ? for Manny, I dont think he did but I wouldnt be too surprised if he did
  7. And according to Brian Anderson about 400 feet high as well
  8. You made a common error thats wrong......... contrary to popular belief its actually Paul Branyan, Russell's great grandfather
  9. I think instead of building that waterpark they should have built more coasters too. Maybe thats just my opinion because that waterpark at Six Flags is nothing compared to the Dells.
  10. .........preferably an injury to Zambrano..........I cannot stand that guy
  11. how do you guys like this one? I found an awesome pic of Favre and photoshopped it. I think it looks sweet!
  12. Has he always had this approach or has he just became a totally new hitter after his stint in the minors?
  13. Also your head rattles bad in the head holder thing. (The main reason I hate it) I think Batman is unpredictable
  14. I have an extra Ted Simmons bobblehead from last year if anyone wants to trade me for a Ryan Braun one
  15. At this time last year we were the Cubs and the Cubs were the Brewers....look how that ended up. Anything can change with an injury to a Zambrano or Lee. (Like our Gallardo loss, the Cubs havent lost anything yet)
  16. Branyan has been great so far with his bat....But what is being under appreciated is his glove. He has been outstanding at third.
  17. I think a very under appreciated thing about Branyan is his glove. He has been excellent with it so far. That homer today was pretty impressive for being opposite field.
  18. i didn't know one those abbreviations were banned. thanks for the heads up.
  19. The thing is its weird to predict. Right now on paper you say we should sweep the Orioles, but it always seems we struggle against bad teams from the AL. Hopefully we can fix that. I remember us being terrible against the Devil Rays, and the Royals in the past couple of seasons.
  20. I think they got to tear that old thing down. It takes up soo much space. They could fit 3 coasters in the spot that American Eagle takes up. After they took down De Ja Vu, all Great America has for great coasters is Superman and Raging Bull, V2 and Batman are OK, Iron Wolf is terrible. Havent gone on Viper many times. If you like wooden coasters go to Mt Olympus in Wisconsin Dells and ride Hades. It is the best wooden coaster I've been on. It makes American Eagle and Viper look tiny and kiddish.
  21. NICE INNING! 40 pitches holy cow Id be mad if I were a Astros fan tho about that call at first. They probably should have gotten out of that inning with no damage done. It really shows what that extra out can do. But it was very close and its nice to see the Brew Crew get a call.
  22. I think this is as obvious as ever how the team feels safe after taking the first two of the series. Ned put the "B" team out there today. How many other teams do this? I can see giving JJ, Rickie, Kendall, or Cameron a day off once in a while. But why all at once?! And with that Dave Bush is pitching! Chances are we are gonna need to get all the support we can get! If Bush has a solid outing and gives up around 3 runs, and we score less. I would 100% blame the loss on Yost.
  23. If it was hit in the dew deck is that the longest ever hit at Miller? Isn't Adam Dunns into the Dew Deck the longest?
  24. I play all over. This last high school year I played everywhere but C and 1B
  25. When you say talking to coaches what exactly do you mean. I go to a school with around only 400 students and with mediocre to below average sports programs. Not exactly something that would attract any attention.
