Rumors that Wisconsin is in on a goalie from the portal. Hoping they are making a run at Justin Poirier from Maine. Roster is at it's limit, but that's never stopped teams before.

Being reported that Wiebusch is coming to Wisconsin out of the portal. Huge get after losing Montgomery and Finley(expected). Almost a point per game guy.

Bummer for Bucky. I wasn't thinking he was going to sign. Finley signed today too - though, we all knew that was going to happen.

Penalty kill was awesome. Hauser was great. Wow. Awesome awesome game. Nearly blew it messing up the 2-0. Then at the end Fitz could have skated itnout the zone and whiffed it. Then he shoots instead of just sliding it into the corner. Wow. Awesome game.

70$ for the whole season is a good deal if you drink soda and go to 5+ games.

If I had to rank them based on my own observations, id put them as No Dak, Michigan, Denver, Bucky. However, it only takes 1 game and 2 weeks to prep is a good chunk of time.

I see its espn2 on Saturday. Ill have to see if spectrum will cancel my newly purchased bundle that included espnU. Ha

Yea, that goal last night was pretty soft. What a draw for Bucky. THAT team was 6th in the nation? They were awful. Slow, generated hardly any chances, and 0 creative play. The only thing they did well was block shots. Game should have been 6/7-0 without any empty netters, honestly.

Bucky needs a Michigan or Dartmouth win to get in.

They need 1 of the 4 favorites to win. They are still at 93% to make it, but yea, Ohio state losing would be easiest.

The playoff structure is awful. If they are going to keep this structure I'd prefer they go to a 3, 2, 1, point scale instead of 2, 1, 1.

Badgers had about the best off week they could have hoped for. Moved up in the NPI with BC getting swept. UConn lost some and I believe Augustana did as well. A tie or win should lock up a spot in the National tourny. 1 point to host a home game in the quarters against OSU. I usually throw darts on Wednesday, but if the Badgers host next week I will probably go to that one.

Face Off package, so Friday. Saturday would get a Semifinal game if they somehow host.

Finley has 1 goal in the last like 12 games. That just cannot happen. Some other guys are starting to score some, but yea, Ive been disappointed by Montgomery the 2nd half. Of course, it is hard to know what anyone is dealing with personally, so who knows. I saw UW has between 50-60% chance to make the tourny. I have to think sweep OSU and split with Michigan and PSU should get them on the right side of the bubble.

The 6 game stretch was brutal, but the sweep to minnesota was a killer. They need to sweep OSU and win at least 1 against PSU and Michigan to even stay on the bubble id think.
