I think everyone is at the game today live and in person to get the Morgan bobble! Yes, Maldonado is looking pretty darn good. I see no reason to keep Kottaras once Lucroy gets back. Of course, there is the "Wolfie" factor, so that probably means a demotion for Maldonado. I know Maldonado is not projected as a great, or even a good hitter for that matter, and odds are his numbers come back down to earth, but here and now, he looks super! -

Since no one started the game thread, I figured we could use this makeshift thread to substitute until the real one shows up. Glad to see Green in the line-up today, not so glad to see that Rickie continues to get starts. Yo not looking too sharp today...

Why would Weeks be worried with RR as our manager? As long as Weeks has a pulse, RR will continue to pencil him into our line-up, regardless of the fact that he is killing us...

His bat would be great, but with our current roster, we could STILL place Hart at 1B full time and be fine with the OF we have.

Carts in parking spaces is inexcusable to me for any reason. Carts roll around the parking lots, banging into cars, causing damage. People don't consider that when they are just plain too lazy to walk their carts where they belong. I take my cart to a cart coral no matter what. I like to set a good example for my kids. Too many people just figure someone else will cover for them, why go out of their way to do what's right. Not related, but has bugged me since I saw it. A few weeks ago, I saw a lady pull into a parking space designated for pregnant women (don't even get me started on the amount of designated parking spaces for certain people) and she gets out of the car with a cigarette. First thought was that she was just lazy and took a pregnant space to be selfish. I looked at her belly, and sure enough, she is probably 6 months along, smoking a cigarette. Just another example of people only caring about themselves, even when it means possible harm to their own children.

^^ As years go by, people are getting more and more inconsiderate of others. Your example of people leaving their carts wherever they feel like is just a small sample of the disgust I feel for other people these days. There is truly a lack of common sense, integrity, and morals as well.

Or a more logical reason is that Morgan has been playing very sloppy baseball and is still in the doghouse for what happened in the Arizona series. Or, judging by our managers past performance, RR just plain has no clue how to set a line-up.

That, or our manager has such a crush on "Gomey" that he just can't see any reason to bench him against a righty. *angry face*

Weeks, perhaps our worst hitter, continues to hit in a run producing position in this line-up. This absolutely disgusts me...........AGAIN! Rickie should be hitting in the 8 hole until he can straighten out his problem. How pathetic does that sound knowing that I think Ransom, Gomez and "Maldy" should be hitting in front of him? Great to see Ramirez back though...

Wow, a lot of mistakes made here from the very beginning. Why on earth would her parents put her name AND her boyfriend's name on the title/loan? That, from the very beginning was a recipe for disaster. If he was supposed to get the car insured, was he to do it for both of them? Why did she not check to make sure he did it, afterall, she was driving the car too, did she just assume he had done it? She should have been concerned when he didn't give her an insurance card with her name on it. Does the lawyer think that will actually work? That really sounds like wishful thinking on his part. I just can't see anyway she can remove herself from this responsibility. Young people do stupid things like this all the time, just a complete lack of common sense and responsibility, however, her parents may be even more clueless for doing what they did. I'm no lawyer, but I just really doubt this will work out for her in the end. -

I bought it used on Amazon for $15, said like new. Got it in the mail last week, and it was still in it's original packaging. Pristine! So far, I love it, although it was hard to see David Schwimmer (Friends - Ross Geller) as a hard-nut drill sargent (spelling?) but I finally got used to it.

How good is this series? Just started watching it for the first time a couple days ago, highly addicting and most excellent! I feel silly I have missed out on this for this long...
