  1. If anybody is going to be out in Los Angeles for the Brewers v Dodgers series in August, I have 3 tickets that I need to sell for the game on Monday night, 8/3/09. They're in Field Box Section 50, Row H, on the aisle. Will sell at my cost, which after their fees is $188.60. http://losangeles.dodgers.mlb.com/la/ballpark/la_seating_pricing.jsp I live on the southwest side of Milwaukee- can meet buyer anywhere in that area. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
  2. Irish- You must have seen the kids with the "Circle Me Bert, I'm With Your Mom" sign, then. We had extra tickets, so I gave 'em to those guys. Their sign was a bit crude, but I laughed.
  3. Sign me up for the Moncrief. And thanks!
  4. Davego, you likely heard us doing the "Let's Go Brewers" chant so much that Grandpa (in the second picture) started chanting "Go Home Brewers" back to us. That amused me. If he thought we were annoying, I wonder how he'd react if he were a Brewer fan when the Twins fans come -here-. I swear sometimes they can be as, or worse than, the rowdiest Cubs fans. Then again, my Saturday 20-game pack is in the bleachers, so I likely see the worst of everybody.
  5. Club level, or a bit higher. Nothing like the Terrace Reserved level at MP, though.
  6. Last year I sat in the second level, behind home plate. Section 225, Row 5, Seats 20-23. Was pretty happy with the seats. http://lh5.ggpht.com/_BjURKREw6N8/SGz8xNd8XlI/AAAAAAAAUnA/PT54h9kfkcs/s640/IMG_6045.JPG http://lh5.ggpht.com/_BjURKREw6N8/SGz9Wwq9CWI/AAAAAAAAUqQ/qGlbYWr_WUA/s512/IMG_6062.JPG
  7. I received my Saturday 20-game pack in the mail yesterday (Tuesday). I live in the City of Milwaukee on the southwest side (less than 5 miles from the park), so I doubt location has much if anything to do with how/when they ship the tickets. Now, the wait is on for my two 9 game packages!
  8. I'm a Saturday 20-Game holder, and I have not received my game tickets yet, but did receive my Metavante passes on Saturday. They came in a standard white envelope with a cover letter.

  10. IIRC, 20 Game "Fan's Choice" packages are not eligible for the extra Opening Day ticket offer, as you had the choice to add Opening Day to your initial package. My friend had the same question last year, and this is what he was told.
  11. ESPN's Keith Law just mentioned in his online chat that Morlan's velocity has been down, he's out of shape, and pitching poorly in winter ball. He didn't seem surprised that Tampa Bay left him unprotected to the Rule 5 draft.
  12. I've got a spare- not in mint condition, nor is it trashed. PM me your mailing address, and I'll ship it off to you, no cost.
  13. I have a preferred parking pass for next Wednesday (9/24 vs the Pirates) that I'm not going to use. (Traded one in earlier this year from my 20 game pack, assuming I'd be going to this game- I'm not.) First person to PM me with their mailing address gets it. (I'll just throw it in the mail tomorrow.)
  14. Sent you a PM regarding the Sheets and Fingers retros.
  15. Sent you a PM.
  16. If you still have them, I'll take 'em!
  17. I see at Brewers.com that in the probable pitchers they have McClung tonight, Sabathia tomorrow, Sheets Wednesday, Bush Thursday and Suppan Friday. Looks like Parra's getting a pass this time through.
  18. I managed to come up with a few extra of the Paul Molitor statues from the 6/29 game at the Metrodome- I'd be willing to trade these out to try to fill in my Brewers bobblehead collection. I'm specifically looking for "Alternate" or "Retro" bobbleheads from before 2007 (I only have the blue Carlos Lee and powder blue Cecil Cooper, so any Alternate/Retros other than that). I'd also be willing to trade for a Snappers' Gallardo from this year. I live in Milwaukee- I'm willing to meet pretty much anywhere near or around town. If you're interested, let me know what you're willing to trade- just shoot me a message here, or jfriese @ gmail.com.
  19. Looks like the going rate on eBay is about $30, including shipping costs.

  22. My wife and I will be there with joshjs - sitting in Conigliaro's Corner (Section CC1, Row 2) on Friday, and way up in the Upper Bleachers, Section 43 on Saturday. We're staying at the Ramada on Morrissey Boulevard. We're game to meet up for a beer- see joshjs's message above on how to get a hold of us. Also, I still have one open seat for Friday (only downside is that it's Will Call/Immediate Entry only, so we'd have to meet up and go in together)- email me at jfriese@gmail.com if you're interested. Face price - $25.
