On the Cards broadcast the announcers just wondered if young pitchers are "intimidated" pitching to the legendary Yadi Molina so they request to pitch to the backup. My eyes nearly rolled out the back of my head. -

I'm an idiot. So I checked Baseball Reference. Willy has gotten at least one hit in 43 games. Our record in those games is 31-12 for a 72% winning percentage. Guess it wasn't as crazy a stat as I thought.

Isn't there some crazy stat that shows we win over 50% of the games when Adames gets a hit? Feeling good about this one. Also, this Cubs lineup would barely be allowed in a Spring Training split squad game.
