  1. Apr 29 - the same day as Sheet's next "start"
  2. At least he knows that if he fails to ever live up to his potential that he has a future as a public speaker
  3. Real good - he's one of Ned's battlers
  4. I just meant that eventhough he has "blown" 4 that is hasnt exactly killed us yet. As I said before, I obviously would prefer that he didn't have 4 BS already but I think he hasn't had the greatest of luck
  5. THats news to me. I'd think the Brewers expect pretty good things offensively from JJ. He always hit in the minors
  6. I don't think he deserves all of the fate he has had thus far, but yes 4 BS in april is not what I hoped for. And how many of those games have we lost?
  7. Big Red sure looks good his last couple times out. Love the cheese!
  8. And agreed again - I just hope he only ends up blowing 6 or 7 saves all year and we can look like prophets in september
  9. Exactly! At least we don't have to face Pujols in this inning. Well, if we do we are in big trouble
  10. I think it has been well established that that pitch should have never even taken place because he should have been rung up on the 2-2 ptich. But obviously that would be the one pitch he would want back. He showed great resolve and I can't blame him if he was a little let down by the ump missing that call
  11. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I would surely disagree that he lacked control. It looked like he put every pitch just abour right where he wanted it...
  12. What a freakin job by Mota! He was been unbelievable so far this year. So, Braun to win it here and send him on a torrid tear a la 2007??
  13. Gagne. Does it count as another blown save? Of course, but it shouldn't
  14. I dont follow? edit - longer reach - got ya. I think if any first baseman picks that throw it is on nothing but pure luck
  15. Bold prediciton - Mota goes 1-2-3 through this inning and Gabe Kaplan wins it with a walk off
  16. I thought it looked like an awfully tough pick for Prince
  17. Off the bat I thought Gross had won it
  18. Gutty performance by Gagne. I am quite impressed. Hosed by the ump twice and hosed by Rickie
  19. He did put two on with no outs I'm assuming you are listening and not watching because the 2-2 pitch to Izturis is a strike every day of the week and twice on sundays
