  1. I'm not sure, but you could try WTMJ's website
  2. I can do some play by play if anyone needs? Or is everyone lucky enough to hear the sweet sounds of Jim and Ueck?
  3. All right! That was my e-mail. Of course, in the 10 minutes I was away from my computer they responded to it. Did they actually talk about the backup catcher thing or did they just mention the shoutout? They talked about the backup catcher situation. Thats when Anderson did his Yost impersonation.
  4. Nope. Jimmy and Ueck make their spring debut tomorrow!
  5. I think you mean Top of 3rd oops.

  7. I agree. That's why I said here's to him starting and lighting it up. I was just saying I wouldn't be heartbroken if Gross did start because Corey looked out of whack last night.
  8. I love the guy and I am sure he will be in there tonight, but I really wouldn't mind seeing Gross in for Hart tonight. Corey looked clueless at the plate last night. After they drilled Prince to load the bases with 2 outs I was so glad it was Hart coming to the plate, but he ended up leaving a small army on the base paths. Here's to him starting tonight and lighting it up!
  9. Somewhat unrelated, but I was just reading the Scouts Inc. preview of the Packers-Eagles game and they were talking about the Packers starting safeties being Nick Collins and Aaron Rouse. Rouse probably won't even be active, much less starting-Bigby is. They also mentioned that our one special teams threat is punt returner Charles Woodson. He won't even be returning punts if Blackmon can go. Do they do any research before they right this crap? I know its not about the Brew Crew, but I was just feeding into the talk about how poor ESPN is.
  10. At the same time its nice having the best #8 hitter in the NL when Hardy is there
  11. I agree, although I'm not sure why you mess with a good thing and take Hardy out of the 8 hole
  12. Stros beat the Cards 2-1. Two in a row for COOOP!
  13. I'm bored, so here's my lineup prediction/wish for tonight: Weeks Gross Braun Fielder Hart Hall Miller Hardy Parra I know Mench will probably start over Gross with Lilly on the mound and Ned wouldn't do something smart like put Prince back at cleanup, but this was more of a lineup wish than prediction. Any other guesses?
  14. Woogie is Sheets, Sheets is Woogie?
  15. I think they said that he finger was wrappped
  16. Makes sense to me. Just hope he doesn't make that blister worse
  17. Thanks TooLive. That was actually a little more info than I knew, but I have the same feeling that we won't see him til Chi-town. I had read that Yost said he would know today about Sheets, so I figured I would throw it out there and see if anyone had heard something definite.
  18. The one and only Craig Counsell. Thats what I meant when I said his fears subsided when we were talking about Rillo being "unavailable" tonight
  19. Rillo's gassed. I hear he's unavailable tonight. Suddenly, all of Craig Counsell's fears have subsided
  20. Anyone else as excited as I am about the prospect of Rick Weeks and Bill Hall getting hot at the right time (finally!)? What a boost that would be to our offense. It could be the answer to overcoming some of our pitching woes in certain games.
  21. I'm not a huge western fan, but Tombstone has got to rank right up there. It doesn't get much better than Val as Doc Holiday. Bushy seems to be a western kind of guy. Maybe we will get a performance out of him like we did from Yo last night.
  22. That or maybe we could have Corey do something crazy like try to steal seeing Schroeder and Anderson were saying people have been running at will on Torealba do to arm problems
