  1. I like to roll with a 15 year, as opposed to the conventional 30. My wife and I are also fortunate to have a pretty good credit score (785) so that helped out as well. The 15 year loan shaves quite a bit of interest off if you can afford the extra monthly payments. My former boss refinanced last fall to a 10 year and got a 3.2% I believe. That makes sense. Still a great rate! Good for you!
  2. Is there a reason Betancourt mostly refuses to bend over and/or dive?
  3. I am unfortunately of zero help to you aside from echoing what Casey said about directv, but if you don't mind me asking, how in the heck did you get a home loan for 3.75% fixed?
  4. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/boxscore;_ylt=ApvjO8iXxezNvgh.UmsVjWa4u7YF?gid=310419122 I meant since last Friday
  5. I would give anything for the Brewers to have an approach at the plate the Braves have shown
  6. Everything Atlanta hits finds hole, whether its a shoddy defender or a weakly hit ball that finds green.
  7. Someone needs to tell Gomez that, although extremely fast, he is not going to get many bunt base hits by never bunting it down a line
  8. Who said that's what Wallace was called out for? Looked to me Kulpa was showing how much he left early by. I put zero stock into what Coshun says
  9. How quickly did Yuni get rid of that ball?! Wow. I have zero problems with his hands, release, or arm. His footwork and range is another story
  10. Let's go Marcum - improve upon you last solid start vs the Stros! Let's go bats!
  11. Not saying I would do it. I just think that's what is gonna happen. I really hope we at least keep Estrada up as a long-man or something. That's all we can hope for now.Agreed. I was speaking in general terms, as in "how could the Brewers want to keep Green over any of the other options?"
  12. How do you not keep Kintzler or Estrada up over Green? The guy is a joke. Heck, DiFelice could easily outperform Green
  13. It really stinks that Mitre had to get smoked in the arm with that liner, eventhough it resulted in a sweet double play. He had been fanstastic before this lay off due to his arm being sore. Time to walk it off boys! We can do it
  14. Axford was not taxed today, nor was he yesterday. I would bet money that Ax would have said he was fine to go another if/when he was asked.
  15. I'm not blaming Mitre here. RRR said himself he was rusty last night so why would you run him out there today in a tie game in the 10th. I see absolutely no reason why Ax could not have stayed in the game. If we go on to lose, for me its on Roenicke.
  16. Well, there has plenty of times where Yo has pitched lights out only to get little or no run support (and several times where the only run support came from Yo himself). Maybe its time for the offense to have his back and put up about 8 today.
  17. He's had at least 200 k's the last 2 years...pretty sure he has an out pitch
  18. I saw Portage Plumber said he's getting it on the MLBN alternate on DirecTv in Milwaukee. rawbrecht - where are you and what provider do you have? I am at work and trying to figure out what channel to DVR. Thanks...
