On the dark side, Kotsay is starting again in RF and batting 6th. But hey, at least Kottaras gets the start. Apparently Roenicke didn't like that sharp single Morgan slapped on the first pitch he saw last night...

I'm not 100% sure on this, but if you're in Wisconsin I think the extra innings feed might be blacked out so long as you're getting it on one of the region sports network alternates like 652

I just don't think it was physically possible. Especially McGehee vs Phillips

I've watched the play probably 20 times on my dvr and I don't see how there is any way Casey could've beat Phillips to the bag. McGehee was playing deep and had to wait back after a big bounce and when he gloved the ball Phillips was only a step to his left with a full head of steam and Casey was at a stand still after fielding the chopper. No, his only plays were to commit to trying to tag out the runner or just taking the out at first. Had he decided to charge the ball harder, Phillips could've ran safely right behind him.

When I read that pujols went 0-5 with 5 LOB and 3 GIDP it was likely the only thing that could come close to cheering me up after today's game. EDIT: Scratch that. My wife is babysitting her sister's 4 yr old son and she just text me that he pooped his pants while they are grocery shopping. Now that made me laugh

Agreed. Yo said he lost 12 lbs. Rickie looks huge. On a related note, Gomez is a big dude when you see him in person. Looks much bigger in person than on tv imo
