  1. It's a '99 Corolla. From what she's told me it sounds like it's front and rear.
  2. Does anyone know of any good ones? My wife's car had some trouble starting this morning so she took it into a local shop. They told her that she needed her starter replaced and estimated at $400. That sounds pretty steep. On top of that her brakes are going and they told her an extra $600 for that. At this point we're thinking of just trading it in and getting something new for her. Though it stinks because we just paid the thing off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  3. Ooooh yeah Roenick was good. Though Lindros was totally uncheckable in '94.
  4. Paste in the original Bases Loaded. Anyone remember him? If he made contact, the ball was gone. A good way to really p-off your friends was to bean Mr. Paste in the 7th inning. After the ensuing brawl, Paste gets ejected. Oh and Mcgwire in RBI Baseball. I can still here the homerun theme and fireworks going off.
  5. This is off-topic, but If you're looking for a Wii, the Wal-Mart at 401 E Capitol Drive always seems to have one or two.
  6. I second the working out thing. I had allllll sorts of issues with sleeping in high school, but when I got to college I started a workout regimen and my sleep issues dissapeared. I'm out within about 3 minutes of my head hitting the pillow every night.
  7. If anyone is looking for some tickets to the sold out show at Summerfest I have 2 tickets up on Ebay. They're in section 7/Row A. Face value is $87.00 each. Tickets
  8. I always try to envision the musicians in the studio creating these jingles. How hard must it be to seriously sing a song about sausage? I'm not sure I could do it. Therefore that automatically makes them more talented than me.
  9. Has anyone called Tyrone to get their "Roll On"?
  10. I thought those Quizno's commercials were great. Anyone listen to 1130 AM at all? Familiar with the IT guy that wants to "save YOU money! MEOOOW!"...no? Well it's ridiculously annoying, but effective. My favorite commercial ever:
  11. I just saw it with my wife and would have left the theater had I been alone. She wasn't enjoying herself, but doesn't really believe in leaving. I really wish George Lucas would stop pissing on my childhood memories.
  12. I am a Private Investigator. And no unfortunately I don't run around trying to bust cheating spouses, but actually work with major mortgage insurance companies. I try to save them money by exposing mortgage fraud. Booyah!
  13. Those are quite rare. The last one that went up on Ebay fetched $150-$200. I'd love to have it and I'll keep my eye on the auction, but there's no way I'm shelling out that much for any bobble.
  14. Brian I recently discovered "What the Bleep" and have been completely amazed. I haven't looked at the world the same way since.
  15. Plus it might help lower the number of break-ins that were occurring during the games last year.
  16. What? No boos for the Medal Of Honor recipients?
  17. Spike TV just replayed Red Schaeffer's first UFC fight about a week ago. My wife works in public relations and she worked on a project with Ashley Melvin (Doug's daughter). That's pretty weak, but it's all I got.
  18. All of those USB plug-ins on thinkgeek are hilarious. I'd kill for a fundue machine. http://www.thinkgeek.com/stuff/41/fundue.shtml
  19. That's was absolutely classless. I'd be embarrassed to be in attendance.
  20. I actually just posted this in the other topic, but I think JJ walked up to "Flower by Moby." Gross' didn't change and Counsell's was the same from last year as well.
  21. I think JJ walked up to "Flower" by Moby. I don't remember that one from last year, but I could be wrong.
  22. Going over the head of your manager and emailing a Regional Manager will surely get a response, but probably not the one you're going to want to hear.
  23. Bob Dylan
