  1. Would it kill an umpire to make just one of those 50/50 ball strike calls in the brewers favor to force the padres to challenge much more often though?
  2. That wasnt a ground out....no problem with that type of reaction to a game-changing defensive play. He doesnt make that it could be a 2 run lead with still just 1 out this inning
  3. Nah - great defense for sure...but this game is tight for the right reasons too. Some tough luck, since one of those hard hit brewer shots finding a gap amd the Brewers are up 1-2 runs right now.....or up 1 right now for real!!! WILD BILL!!!!
  4. Just absolutely insane defense...and also more bad luck hitting shots tonight
  5. You've got to challenge that...i know theres only 1 left, but at some point you've got to give your offense more of an advantage.
  6. Yelich hitting 5 in this lineup is unacceptable, C on the jersey or not
  7. Jeez, brewers are hitting into tough luck tonight, too. That squeaks past him contreras is on 3rd base
  8. You knew you jinxed it when you posted it earlier, lol!
  9. Thats a great throw by Bill there - credit where its due
  10. Make the plays, fellas...not routine, but make the plays
  11. Its obvious the Padres approach with Miz is to do damage with the mid 90s stuff that doesnt break much, as long as they can fend off the gas by fouling it away. They've been amazing at making doing that and running up the pitch count. Whenever the mid 80s curve gets busted out that approach falls apart. Heater, curve, and get an effective change that doesnt break in on lefties. Scrap one of the slider/cutter, especially against lefties
  12. They not touching the slow curve. With any authority... throw one changeup to a lefty and theyre going to miss it by a foot
  13. 102 off the hand/wrist and no reaction? Yah right buddy
