    No idea. It is the only reason I'll have any confidence if we make the playoffs. We can win against some of the toughest pitchers in the league but can't touch Jo Jo or Nelson Figeroa. Lets hope we don't have to play the 'stros in the playoffs. Man if it was the other way around they would probably be a few games over .500.

    How come they don't wait for a tag up and advance more often? Man, there could be many correct answers to this question. What if you're tagging up, but the outfielder drops the ball? You end up at second base if you're lucky, hopefully you don't get thrown out on the force play. Tagging up from first is very hard to do. You need a deep, deep, fly ball and an outfielder with a poor arm to advance.

    Another question - did you have a problem, like Bill Schroeder, with Yost not sending runners before Prince grounds into a double play? Right now, it probably would have been a good idea to send the runners. When Prince is really in a grove with the home run stroke, no, you let him hit with no distractions. I did not have a problem with Yost on this play. I was more disappointed in Prince not getting the job done.

    What the heck happened? I go to put the kid to bed, it's 1-1, I come back and it's 5-1. Good grief. Yeah I have to agree with that. I'm also getting sick of him taking Hart out in the double switch.

    I don't think he's lost all of his offensive talent either. I was really only being half serious about that post anyway. I don't honestly think he'll end up hitting .260/25 HRs this year.

    It would be a very sad day for baseball if Jason Kendall made the Hall of Fame. LOL. Yeah, that was a pretty stupid comment there, wasn't it? I'm not quite sure what I was thinking last night. Sorry guys.

    I don't know. Was he referring to my post or the thread as a whole? I just looked at Prince's "on pace" numbers for this year. He's on pace for .260 and actually only 21 HRs. Do I think he'll only end up with 21 HRs this year? Of course not, I sure HOPE not. I was just saying if he doesn't pick it up and return to 2007 form, he might find himself DH-ing for a team like the Blue Jays or Rangers instead of one of the "elite" teams. (I am going under the assumption that he will not be back with Crew once his 6 years are up.)
