  2. Or get him some more playing time? I have mixed emotions about this. I'd really much rather give the playing time to Davis so he gets more experience. But c'mon Rickie, you're making 11 million dollars sitting around on the bench. How many players on this team have played spots they've never played before in the past two seasons? Braun has moved positions twice. I have to admit, this made me less of a Weeks fan.

  6. The Brewers like to take the fun out of day baseball for some reason.
  7. I agree, it's obnoxious. It makes sense that the NFL does this because there is typically 45ish seconds between plays, so you have the natural break to review it internally. But this tactic is just annoying and makes the replay system look silly.
  8. Ya - why no review? Joe Block believe RR waited to long to request the review.
  9. I only use MLB these days, and I typically stream the radio call with that. I paid attention to how behind it was this inning. Normally it was maybe a pitch behind, but with the caught stealing to end the inning it was way behind.

  18. How brutal is it to be a Diamondbacks fan so far this season? They're 8-22. They're about league average on runs scored, but runs allowed, nobody is even close. Only 3 teams have allowed more than 130 runs to this point: Diamondbacks 175, White Sox 145, Astros 135. These numbers are slightly skewed because they've played at least 2 more games than everyone else, but they're still averaging 5.83 runs allowed per game. The White Sox are at 5.18 and Astros 5.0.
  19. I love that we have the homer of all homers in Plesac on MLBN. He ended last night's MLB Tonight shouting the Brewers magic number.
  20. He had one on March 31st though, so I think he "only" has 12 in April. I was quoting MLB Network on that stat. Technically they said "before the end of April" so that must be the qualifier. Edit: And MLB just tweeted: .@Brewers closer Francisco Rodriguez records his 13th save, tying an @MLB record for saves before May 1.
  21. Wow. WOW. This is more impressive than last night. Simply unbelievable.
