Who's Had the Most Disappointing Season?

I agree with joepepsi that the Brewers would seem to merit consideration, but that's from an unfair vantage point. Nationally they're doing pretty much what all the predictions expected them to do. I think the biggest disappointment has to be the Cubs, hands down. Not so much for me personally, but overall. A lot of pre-season predictions had them in the series this year, and they looked like they should be able to walk into the playoffs, instead they're playoff hopes are beginning to get shaky as well. Missing the playoffs altogether for them would be a catastrophic result I think. -
Fun Fact: The Padres have scored 10% of their runs this season, in 6 games against the Brewers.

It was nice that the bullpen tried their hardest to get Trevor a save situation for the 9th.

Good job by Macha to take Parra out after the 9th hit in the last two innings. Way to wait until the perfect moment.

And Pujols has 5 grand slams this season I believe.

That goes for his last two homers actually. I'm pretty sure his only homer last year was thanks to the short porch in Houston as well.

I don't normally listen to Macha's pressers, but I caught bits of his pre-game presser today on 1250. Someone asked him where RBIs were going to come from besides Prince and Braun, and he actually said, McGehee and maybe Cameron sometimes. I thought it was a really bad answer. Who says that? I caught another bit later where he was a bit snippy with the media saying something to the effect of, "I can tell by your questions that you're questioning me and my lineups," which led to a testy exchange. I'm not sure he's feeling to comfortable about being brought back next year. It appears to me a lot of ill-will was created yesterday.

We've been winning 1 out of 3 for some time now, which would sound promising for today. But then again, it's a day game at Miller Park.

Battered certainly wins hands-down, but outside of a fair/festival type setting, I don't know of anyone who actually does battered over breaded.

When you get the McD fries that they don't salt "properly", you realize they aren't that great in my opinion. They changed the fat they fry them in twice. They moved from beef fat to vegetable oil in the 90s, but were sued maybe 5+ years ago, because the vegetable oil still had beef elements in it for flavor. Since then they've changed again. That probably changes the flavor for a lot of people. With these choices, I'd probably throw in for Culver's as well, and I always go the cheese curd route there. I can't even think what their fries are like at the moment.
