A couple of ideas on the starting rotation. Of course, this assumes the starters pitch relatively well and don't have to be pulled after an inning or two:
Plan A - Mostly normal starting rotation on regular rest
Game 1: Priester, Game 2: Peralta, Game 3: Quintana, Game 4: Miz, Game 5: Priester, Game 6: Peralta, Game 7: Kitchen Sink
Went with Miz as the fourth starter over Patrick because Patrick has shown he can come out of the pen a whole bunch without a problem. Miz seems like more of an "every few days, more innings" guy.
Plan B - Bullpen games
Game 1: Priester, Game 2: Bullpen, Game 3: Peralta, Game 4: Quintana, Game 5: Bullpen, Game 6: Priester, Game 7: Freddy/Kitchen Sink
Can do a couple of scheduled bullpen games because they come before off days. Downside here is that you only get two Freddy starts if the series goes seven. Priester gets both of his starts at home.
Obviously, you would have Plan C and Plan D, plus branches under Plan A and Plan B, to adjust for different scenarios.
Could also employ openers in some games if there appears to be a distinct matchup advantage in doing so.
