1. I wouldn't get too bent about Super Two, but somewhere along the line, it'd be beneficial to get a seventh year of team control.

3. Who is the guy in the Brewers marketing department that approved Christian rock for the Brewers intro music as they take the field? Chase Anderson picked that song; it's played before his starts. Just to say safe with Fan Forum Etiquette, let's accept the song as a fact rather than using it as a subject for debate.
4. With Hader, you'd have him on the 40-man roster before he has to be, you'd probably use up an option that wouldn't be used otherwise, he'd start accumulating service time, and he's been inefficient. That's four issues, which is about three too many to consider calling him up.
5. In the photo above, Chase is wearing pink in honor of his late father, who loved that color. All of the clothes were his dad's, and this is what he wears before all home starts. He says, "If the pants and shirt last that long, I'll keep doing it for the rest of my career. The socks are wearing out a little bit." Chase Anderson honors father before each home start Arizona Diamondbacks' Chase Anderson remembers dad by literally walking in his shoes

7. Had the no-hitter been completed, this would have been the first time that a triple play occurred in a no-hitter.
8. I rewound to be sure, but Dietrich didn't touch that ball. There are three hits now, so it doesn't really matter.
9. Obviously, it's just a slip of the tongue, but Bill just said "urea" instead of "Ureña." No hitter gone on a blooper by Luc.
10. Rock brought it the CC thing once, but he only mentioned Pittsburgh and not Sabathia. The ball was hit sharply to the mound. Ureña blocked it but couldn't handle it to make the throw.
11. Conley is being replaced after 116 pitches. He got a nice round of applause after the fans booed Mattingly.
12. Honestly I don't think there are ever "accidents". I think all players know. I don't think Alex Sanchez knew. His driveway didn't reach the street. Heck, he threw a glove at a ball once.
13. Just to add, it appears that the blackout checker is reporting that the Cubs and Sox will be blacked out in all zip codes beginning with 531. That includes Elm Grove, which is surrounded on three sides by Brookfield (which has 530 zip codes and is fine) and on one side by Wauwatosa (which has 532 zip codes and is fine). As I said, I've never experienced an issue with those two teams. Maybe there's an issue with how the checker is dealing with 531 zips.
14. Most of Wisconsin is going to be fine. You can try entering your zip on this page, but I can tell you from personal experience that it isn't entirely accurate. http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/subscriptions/index.jsp#blackout It'll tell you that the Cubs and White Sox are blacked out in southern Milwaukee County (Franklin, Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, Greendale, and Cudahy), but over several years in two locations I've never seen that happen with either Extra Innings or MLB.TV. If there ever was a blackout, my dad certainly would have whined about it. At some point in southeastern WI, I'd assume that the Cubs and Sox will be blacked out. I'd guess Kenosha County for sure and possibly Racine County. It'd be interesting to hear from anyone who might be in those locations. In places like Nevada and Iowa, lots of teams will be blacked out. Six teams (the Brewers, Twins, Cubs, White Sox, Royals, and Cardinals) claim the entire state of Iowa as home territory.

The team is still finding out his “tiring point.” Still, even though he has yet to win, he’s gone at least 5⅔ innings in three straight outings.
[/divclass][divclass=home][pitcher]Zach Davies[/pitcher]
0-2, 9.72 ERA, 2.52 WHIP

Versus Marlins | Game Log

Davies had a 3.71 ERA in six Brewers starts last season, but he has struggled through his first two outings in place of the injured Matt Garza. 16. dacbrewers, the entire western portion of the PCL is known for offense. So it's not just Colorado Springs. Yeah, teams are either in high altitudes, the desert, or both.
17. NBC-TV's first newscast was called [cite]Camel News Caravan[/cite]. Newscaster John Cameron Swayze was required by the sponsor to always have a burning cigarette visible when he was on camera.
18. Over 27 AB, I wouldn't consider a .500 OPS to be a surprise from anyone.
