  1. These refs are something else. Let them play.
  2. This always makes me think of how people with similar medical conditions were treated say a hundred years ago. I can't even fathom being of sound mind and intelligence but no one else believes that you are and you are unable to effectively communicate that to them.
  3. Dahl just cannot stay healthy. He might be ok with a platoon situation.
  4. Do you have a suggestion as to how? Remove them from their positions as I said. If you want to make the rules you need to live by those rules as well. Unfortunately, that describes about 99% of those in government so it will never happen. Well this guy is out of a job come January so it can be done: https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/pompeo-coronavirus-holiday-parties/2020/12/02/9a06d0a6-3421-11eb-afe6-e4dbee9689f8_story.html
  5. I don't think UW will crush them. Or at least I'll be surprised if they do. Wouldn't be shocked to see Marquette win either depending on how shooting for UW goes.
  6. Wahl looks really good today. He is much more athletic than I thought. same for Carlson - he's got some bounce.
  7. I think we know the Packers run D isn't good. I think the question is whether it's personnel or scheme or a combination. One of those you can fix the other you have to live with. There have been a few flukey long runs (Tampa Bay comes to mind) where the defense just didn't seem like they knew what to do pre-snap.
  8. Rumors out there that a bunch of dudes on the Ravens are going to refuse to play.
  9. I never said anything about widespread. I'm addressing the whole narrative of "why didn't we do something sooner?" Because it was far too late before we even knew it existed. The cat was way out of the bag and running around scratching and peeing on everything before we even knew there was a cat in the bag. We've seen how quickly and easily this thing spreads. All it took was those handful of people unknowingly having it and spreading it in December to another handful of people and so on. You said "global and out of hand". I took that to mean "widespread". I don't know if we could have done anything to stop it.
  10. We've discussed this before. There have been confirmed cases in other countries prior to Jan 1. This article is from May: https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/05/coronavirus-spread-around-world-2019-study/ I don't think it should be a surprise that people had it in December in the US.
  11. I think a private business could require it and have the law on their side.
  12. Harbaugh is certainly petty enough to do it.
  13. Will Fuller suspended 6 games for PEDs. Good thing GB didn't give up a 2nd rounder for him.
  14. Yeah that had to be the wrong alignment.
  15. I think something like DVOA takes that sort of variance into account.
  16. Kansas City had almost the exact same rush defense last year as Green Bay did.
  17. The Big Ten made such a smart decision to delay the season until spring...until they reversed it because a couple of people complained. Now they will have a joke of a championship game that nobody is going to watch. I had the exact same thought this weekend. And that's not entirely with the benefit of hindsight- I've always thought that there was more of a chance of a normal-ish season in the spring with even the possibility of SOME fans. With an impending vaccine, they potentially flushed a lot of potential revenue down the toilet because they were concerned about losing revenue. Yech. This was done solely to placate Ohio State.
  18. Agreed. You can hide your bad run defense with a really good offense.
  19. UW has a pretty highly rated QB from California coming in with the next recruiting class. Also, looks like Minnesota and Northwestern might get canceled.
  20. Looks like IU's Penix is gonna miss the rest of the year. Good for UW I guess but bad for college football.
  21. No Bears QB has ever thrown for 4,000 yards or 30 TDs in a season. Aaron Rodgers this year: Aaron Rodgers has completed 68.5% of his passes for 3,100 yards, 33 touchdowns and 4 INTs (117.6 passer rating). There are five games left in the regular season.
  22. Sounds like Linsley has a sprained MCL
  23. Packers could win the Super Bowl or they could lose their first playoff game.
  24. If you're just gonna run every down why not bring in Boyle?
